Hi Drew,

Just a note to let you know that Kiba (the blue male we adopted on Sunday, from Bella & Jasper) is a fabulous dog. He had a great check-up at the vet yesterday. And he’s the most intelligent dog we’ve ever had (he’s the 5th since we were kids). We’re kennel-training him & he spends most of the day outside, playing with the kids, or sticks, or chewing apart his rawhide bones. But he takes willingly to his kennel and just gets what we want him to do. Your kennel created something really special here!

Hi there,

I thought you might like to see Cosmo and Zulu from a news report here in Spokane, that is now posted on You Tube.

Watch The Boys In Action!

In case you missed the story with Chris (hubby) and 2 of our dogs on KXLY 4 last night. They posted it on You Tube. So I have included the link.

Open the link, and see the boys…born to ride…

Chris specially designed and built this trailer, excuse me - chariot for the dogs.  He has a patent and who knows, other motorcycle enthusiasts may want him to make one for their dogs, so they can ride too!

No more hamburger for these dogs anymore…ribeye is being demanded! One TV appearance and it goes to their heads!

Cheers, Lisa

Hi Panda Ridge,

I just wanted to email you and tell you how wonderful our dog is that we got from you. I am adding some pics of her so you can see how much she has grown. We named her Jazmin. Her parents are Ariel and Jasper.

She has the best temperament I have ever had in a dog. Very loving and such a character. My son and her get along so well its not even funny. They truly act like brother and sister. She knows when he is getting ready to come home from school and sits and waits for him for about 10 mins. before he walks in the door. It's so cute to see. My husband is now gone for 6 months on deployment and when he calls home we put him on speaker and she gets all excited and starts smilling.

Oh and did I mention how smart she was..I am blown away at how smart she is. She is truly the best dog in the world, in our eyes. In the future we may just want another one just like her.

We will be getting her spayed next month when she is 6 months old.  I will be sending you the papers so you can see we got that done.

Hi,

I spoke with you a couple of weeks ago about a little poodle my children had got for me last Sept. I was very surprised when they came home with her. She is a little angel very quiet, does not bark, that could change when she learns what and who does not belong here on the property. Everyone that see her thinks she is a doll. The gal that clips her is very surprised that she does not try to nip her or growl at her. She has some that are that way, but Annie is very good. She loves people. I can sit and hold her and she does not jump or tires to get out of my arms, she will just lie there. I could not ask for a more even tempered dog. You did a great job on the breeding of Annie parents. She is like her dad; she jumps as if she has springs in her legs. I am enclosing a couple of pictures of Annie and her playmate, the kids’s dog.

Pandaridge,

The puppy has turned out to be a great addition to our family and gets along well with our other standard poodle. They play constantly. She is a very mellow dog that loves to cuddle which makes a great compliment to our other poodle that is very active. They seem to balance each other out. We named her Athena after the Greek Goddess of intellect. Everyone, including our Veterinarian and Groomer think she is just great!

I have faxed you the receipt for her spaying in order to get her registration papers. My address and phone numbers are listed at the bottom of the fax.

Regards,
Linda Carter

Dear Pandaridge,

Thought you would like to have some photos of "Cosmo" - your other pets!

I wrote details on the back of the photos for you.

I have handed out a few of your cards to people - Cosmo generated a lot of interest at work, especially for "Royals".

I’ll keep in touch. Cosmo has settled in and loves going to work with Chris. He is confident, happy, sassy, and a little rebellious at times, but also loving. He is a character. We love him.

Talk to you soon,
take care,
Lisa Rosier

Hello,

Here are some OK pictures of Bear. He gets so embarrassed when I take the camera out that he looks like he is in trouble and not the usual cheery dog that is always smiling and never in trouble.

He is way over-due for a haircut, the groomer canceled on us last week because she was sick. His coat is so wonderful though, so soft and he brushes out so well. Strangers on the street come and give him huge hugs because he is like a big teddy bear. His favorite thing is to pick the kids up from school and we stand out in front of the school and dozens of kids greet and hug him and he just loves it. He has the best temperament.

Thanks again for such a great dog,
Megan Hessel

He now weighs 52 pounds and growing.

He is also very affectionate and protective and doing very well in training.

A family at our school has a 17 month old Apricot from you too.

Hi,

I just wanted to let you know that the puppy I picked up from you just before Christmas is doing great- my wife (Brenda) loves her, and says she's the best Christmas present she's ever had.  We named her Genoa, after a city in Italy where my Mom and her parents lived when Mom was a girl - Brenda really loved my grandmother, who died last April, and she wanted a name for the puppy that would remind us of her.  Also, we wanted something sort and sweet for a nickname - so we can call her 'Gen' (sounds like 'Jen').

She's really a great puppy - calm and contented most of the time, but willing to get rambunctious and playful too.  The nervousness that I was first worried about seems to have disappeared - she's very friendly with strangers; the other night she met a neighbor who was walking 2 huge dogs.  Although Genoa was cautious, she didn't run away; and she was licking the neighbor's face right away (the neighbor was encouraging that :-))

Oh - she did great on the ride home, just slept most of the time.  She stole the hearts of our friends who watched her, I was lucky to get her back from them.  I gave them one of your cards. :-)

We have had some potty-training issues, but I'm attributing that to our own inexperience and inconsistency; and the change of scenes between your place, my friend's house, and then ours.  But, we picked up a couple of books and did some reading, and now things seem to be boing better.  She's answering to her name, and starting to learn some tricks (some good, some mischievous).  She can't handl the hardwood floors though - even sitting on them, she starts to slide away from her front feet. :-)

Anyway, I thought you might like an update on how she's doing - we're really enjoying her.  Thanks again - here are a few pictures.

Michael

Dear Panda Ridge Poodles,

I just wanted to sent you a pic of my daughter Daphne with our Georges!  He's the best, and I'll soon be coming to get another puppy.  I hope all is well with you and your family.  I was just thinking about your wonderful poodles and sending a couple of poodle-seekers your way.  Hope to talk with you soon.

Hey All,

We haven't emailed for a while, so I wanted to update you on Sophie.  She has just blossomed into such a nice dog.  She just loves kids and people.  She constantly comes up to us and wants us to pet her.  She still is shy and doesn't like strangers coming up to her.  But she has really gotten more outgoing.  She has quite the sense of humor with Fred and I.  She's a really funny dog.  We tried to teach her to speak, but she would never do it.  Finally, one day I asked her to talk and that was the magic word.  She hasn't stopped yet.  She is still really small.  However, she has gained 7 pounds since we have had her.  We just adore her.  This summer we are going to take her to Cannon Beach so we can have a vacation with her.  She already has the run of the house and we have a dog door now so she can go in and out.

What I wanted to let you know is if you ever had a dog like her that hasn't sold and he/she is shy or whatever.  We would be more than happy to be a reference if someone was interested but was hesitant because the dog was shy.  I know your dogs sell quickly but I just want you to know we could do that if you needed our help.  I know when we first saw Sophie, we were concerned about how shy she was.  But with love she has totally changed.  She is totally comfortable with us and I couldn't have asked for a sweeter dog.  She is totally devoted to both of us, but especially me.  I will send some pictures.

Thanks again for letting us have her,
Diane Masterjohn

Hello-

We adopted a puppy from you this past July - he was born May 25 (or the 26th).  He was a gift for my son's 7th birthday.  We've named him Conrad.

I wanted to let you know what a joy he is!  Conrad has such a sweet personality, and has been a great addition to our family (well, the cat may not agree).  He has an excellent dispostion and is a very happy and content boy.

I'll drop a picture or two in the mail.  We are so thrilled with him and I'm so happy that my son selected just the right puppy!

Thanks-

G'day,

Just wanted to let you know that at just over 18 weeks, Zulu is 40.5 pounds!  Very healthy and not overweight.  He is teething.  He started teething at 4 months (a lot earlier than Cosmo)  In fact, I did not know he had lost any teeth till we had him groomed (still with puppy coat).  He is a no fuss doggy.

The vet and his assistants love him too.  People have asked me if he is fully grown and are shocked to find out his age.  So I have handed out a few of your cards.  He is a lady's man too.  He is also extremely smart, he seems to pick up on things quicker than Cosmo did.(Cosmo is now 28 1/2" and over 65 pounds)

I will send photos of Zulu soon.  We also have him in the bike trailer wearing 'doggles'.  He took to it like a duck to water.  Him and Cosmo in the back of the trailer are a sight.  I follow on my bike and Zulu watches me, while Cosmo keeps an eye on Chris.  Nothing phases him.  He is very calm but sticks up for himself with Cosmo and other dogs.  He still likes to cuddle and follows me everywhere.

He is going to be a big boy if he keeps going the way he is now.

Have you heard about the other puppies that Jasper sired?  I was interested to hear if they were as big as Zulu.  (Zulu is magnificent)
